2XKO Tournament Ruleset

Bracket: Double Elimination.
Match Format: Best of 3 Games (First to 2 wins) until Winners/Losers/Grand Finals, which are Best of 5 Games (First to 3 wins).
Participation: Mixed. You may compete as an individual (Solo) OR a team of 2 (Duo). You cannot enter as both. If playing as a duo, only one member registers and must list their teammate’s username.
Character Select: Double Blind selection is available upon request.
Winner’s Lock: Must keep same characters and Fuse, but may change starting order between point and assist. Loser may switch any of the previous.
Stage: Random Select (unless both players agree on a specific stage).
Check-in: Players are responsible for being present at their pool's start time. Failure to appear when called results in a DQ at the admin's discretion.
BYOC: Bring Your Own Controller! Players must provide their own controllers. Turbo functions are banned.
Pausing: Accidental pauses result in a loss of the current round. Notify an admin immediately if this occurs.
Wireless Controller: Wireless play is strictly prohibited. All controllers (including standard PS5 DualSense pads) must be connected via a USB cable for the duration of the match.
Coaching: One 60-second coaching break is allowed between games. In Duo teams, teammates are permitted to communicate during gameplay.
